Shipping Information

Production & Processing Time: As every TOSHI LUKE piece is created on demand, please allow for a production time of approximately 2-7 business days before your order is dispatched. This ensures the highest quality control for your unique garment.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times: Once dispatched, delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Generally 4-8 business days for Italy, 5-10 business days for Europe, 10-15 business days for international destinations.

  • Express Shipping (if offered): For faster deliveries, usually1-3 business days for Europe. Specific delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, destination, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns Policy

Every TOSHI LUKE garment is created and printed on demand through our trusted production partner to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. We understand the importance of your complete satisfaction.

Right of Withdrawal (European Regulations): According to European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products. However, as our garments are made specifically for you once the order is placed, we kindly ask you to carefully consider your size and design choices before completing your purchase.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and in this case, the return shipping costs will be our responsibility.

Returns for Change of Mind or Size Exchange: Due to the on-demand nature of our production, we may not always be able to accept returns for a simple change of mind or for a size exchange. Conditions for any Accepted Returns (other than defects or errors): Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The return shipping costs, in these cases, will be your responsibility.
