• Right of Withdrawal: * The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason, as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU. * The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the user acquires physical possession of the goods.

• Conditions for Return: * Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, unworn (except for the time strictly necessary to try them on) and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and labels. * Due to the on-demand nature of production, returns for "change of mind" are not accepted. * Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. * The user is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

• Return Procedure: * To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform TOSHI LUKE of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., letter sent by post, fax or email) or through the return form available on the website. * The communication must be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period. * The user must return the goods to TOSHI LUKE without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. * The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the user, unless otherwise indicated.

• Refund: * Once the returned products are received and their integrity verified, TOSHI LUKE will refund the amount paid by the user, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the day on which it was informed of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract. * The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction, unless otherwise indicated by the user. * TOSHI LUKE may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or the user has provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.

• Defective or Incorrect Products: In case of defective or incorrect products, the user is entitled to a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are borne by TOSHI LUKE. The user must report the defect or error within a reasonable time from discovery.
